Posting Rules and Community Guidelines
ChurchShare works best when every listing is honest, local, useful, and easy for church staff or volunteers to act on.
Allowed
- Church and ministry equipment
- Tech gear, AV equipment, chairs, tables, decorations, curriculum materials, and event supplies
- Free, sale, borrow, loan, trade, and request listings
- Clear pickup instructions and honest condition notes
- Respectful messages between verified users
Not Allowed
- Weapons, illegal items, hazardous materials, or unsafe equipment
- Misleading listings, bait-and-switch offers, or undisclosed damage
- Harassment, spam, political campaigning, or fundraising unrelated to listed resources
- Private personal data posted publicly without permission
- Items or messages that conflict with the safety and trust of the ChurchShare community
Listing Quality
- Use a clear title that names the item or request.
- Include condition, quantity, size, timing, and pickup expectations.
- Add a helpful photo when possible.
- Choose the best category and listing type.
- Mark listings claimed or completed when they are no longer available.
